Niva Sreetharan
Niva is a dually qualified Speech Pathologist and Audiologist with over 17 years of clinical experience. She is a Certified Practising member of both Speech Pathology Australia and Audiology Australia.
Niva leads the clinic with a deep commitment to holistic, evidence-based care, supporting children and families through integrated speech, language, and hearing services, all under one roof. She finds profound meaning in the moments that matter most: a child communicating for the first time, someone experiencing clearer hearing, or a family finally accessing the support they’ve been searching for. She takes great pride in leading a team who share that same passion.
Outside of work, Niva enjoys running and spending time with her beloved dog and cat, Teddy and Winston, both of whom you’ll regularly find around the clinic!

Sarah Ann Tan
Sarah graduated with her Bachelor of Speech Pathology in 2018 and has since built a wealth of experience supporting children and their families. She has a particular interest in early intervention and believes that developing meaningful connections is at the heart of effective therapy, and that the relationship between clinician, child, and family is what makes the real difference.
Sarah loves the culture at SASHC and the way the whole team is united in wanting the best for every family they work with. There’s a warmth and a shared sense of purpose here that she finds truly special, and it shows in everything the team does.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys visiting cafes, journaling, and playing music.

Ben Clark
Ben is a Certified Practising member of Audiology Australia with 13 years of clinical experience and a Master of Audiology. He works across diagnostic audiology services for both adult and paediatric clients, with a practice grounded in ethical, evidence-based care, because thoughtful hearing management has a real and lasting impact on how people live their lives.
Ben finds deep satisfaction in helping people hear better so they can stay connected to the people and activities that matter most to them. He values being part of a truly multidisciplinary team, where working alongside speech pathologists and counsellors means clients always receive the most integrated care possible.
Outside of work, Ben enjoys good coffee, strength training, and travelling with his wife.

Jessi Phan
Jessi completed her Bachelor of Speech Pathology at Flinders University in 2023 and is a Certified Practising member of Speech Pathology Australia. She brings a warm, client-centred approach to every session, taking genuine time to build rapport with clients and their families and delivering therapy that is evidence-based and shaped around what matters most to each individual.
Jessi deeply values being part of a clinic where people feel safe, supported, and understood. She finds it incredibly rewarding to watch clients grow in confidence and reach goals that once felt out of reach, and she loves doing that work within a team that is so full of heart.
Outside of the clinic, Jessi enjoys reading, exploring new restaurants, and playing badminton.

George Laparidis
George is a Certified Practising member of Speech Pathology Australia and holds a Bachelor of Speech Pathology with Honours. George is in his third year of practice. He takes a holistic approach to therapy, recognising that communication confidence is connected to every aspect of a person’s life, and is committed to supporting clients to reach their full potential through evidence-based, engaging sessions tailored to their individual goals.
George loves getting to see the families he works with each week. He also enjoys being part of a team that brings out the best in everyone, clinicians and clients alike, and finds that energy is what makes SASHC such a great place to work.
Outside of work, George enjoys running, motorsport, and cinema.
George works across both our Mawson Lakes and Cumberland Park locations.
Jess Hyams
Jess is a qualified Speech Pathologist who is in her third year of clinical experience, holding a Bachelor of Speech Pathology and Certified Practising status with Speech Pathology Australia. She works with both children and adults across the lifespan, supporting communication skills and helping clients participate more in everyday life.
Jess particularly values the multidisciplinary environment at SASHC, where working alongside audiologists and counsellors as well as fellow speech pathologists creates a genuinely integrated approach to care. She loves that every day brings new learning, both from the clients she works with and the incredible team around her.
Outside of work, Jess enjoys cooking, gardening, and craft.

Cat Le
Cat graduated with Honours in Speech Pathology in 2025 and is a member of Speech Pathology Australia. She is passionate about supporting children to reach their full potential through holistic, evidence-based care, and believes wholeheartedly that every child deserves to feel confident, heard, and celebrated.
Cat adores being a part of the wholesome culture of the SASHC team. She loves the clinic environment, the clients, the colleagues, and the occasional scene-stealing appearance of Teddy and Winston. She feels genuinely lucky to have found a team that feels like a second home.
Outside of work, Cat enjoys badminton and spending time with her own adorable cats!

Yu Ri
Yu Ri is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist and a member of Speech Pathology Australia, working from our Mawson Lakes clinic. She has a particular interest in supporting families of Deaf and hard-of-hearing children to develop language through a bicultural and bilingual approach. Yu Ri has completed Certificate IV in Auslan (Australian Sign Language), strengthening her ability to support learners through multiple modes of communication.
Yu Ri finds great joy in those moments when a tricky sound or complex skill finally makes sense and clicks for a learner. She loves seeing learners take a strategy they have developed and apply it flexibly across different contexts and communication formats, watching their skills and confidence grow along the way. She is passionate about connecting with each learner through a precious skill that everyone should have access to: communication. Yu Ri values being able to offer a range of communication options, including spoken language, signing and AAC.
Outside of work, Yu Ri’s current obsession is pickleball! If you see her around the clinic, ask her about it, she’ll happily talk all things pickleball.

Jeffrey
Jeff is a PACFA-registered counsellor with a Master’s degree in Counselling. He supports individuals, parents/carers, and couples with a wide range of concerns, providing a calm, respectful space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported.
You’ll find Jeff at both our Mawson Lakes and Cumberland Park clinics, where he works alongside our Speech Therapy clients to offer extra support for individuals and families when it’s needed. Jeff is equally committed to supporting our team, regularly running professional development sessions that equip our clinicians with practical tools to better support the people they work with.
Jeff is also part of the coaching panel at Master Builders SA, offering free, confidential support for mental health, wellbeing, and business challenges to people working in the building and construction industry.
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys running by the beach, travelling overseas, and movie nights with family.
Teddy
Teddy is our wonderful Cavoodle clinic dog who has been a part of the SASHC family since he was a tiny puppy back in January 2025! He has a remarkable talent for putting smiles on faces, helping children feel calm and at ease, and building genuine bonds with the clients and families he sees regularly. He takes his role very seriously, especially the part that involves being adored by everyone he meets.
Teddy is hypoallergenic, gentle and adorable, making him a firm favourite among our staff and clients. Whether it’s a first visit or a familiar face, he’s always ready to make their day a little better.

Ciara Harrington
Ciara brings over five years of management experience and more than a decade in customer service across a diverse range of industries. Her top priority is building an environment where both our clients and team members feel empowered, heard, and supported.
She loves that two days are ever the same at SASHC. She finds herself constantly learning; from her peers, from the clients she works alongside, and from the many individual journeys she gets to be a small part of. She enjoys being part of a team where every day is filled with genuine passion and support, and no shortage of fun.
Outside of work, Ciara has a love for animals, keeping active, cooking, and is always eager to learn something new.

Emily Mather
With over eight years of experience in customer service and administration across a range of industries, Emily has a real talent for making complex processes feel approachable and ensuring families feel supported from their very first interaction. Alongside her administrative responsibilities, Emily also contributes to the clinic’s social media and communications.
She finds it deeply meaningful to be the first point of contact; the person who helps families find their way to the care that will make a real difference. At SASHC, she gets to do that every single day, surrounded by a team that truly cares.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys music, art, and spending time with her adorable cats!

Liane Tipper
Liane has over ten years of customer-facing experience across hospitality, retail management, and small business ownership to this role. She has a genuine passion for creating the most welcoming and efficient experience for both our clients and clinicians, and finds it deeply rewarding to witness the progress clients make over time.
Liane particularly values the way the team looks after one another, and as a bonus, she gets to share the experience with her sister, who is also part of the SASHC family. It’s that close-knit, supportive culture that makes coming to work every day something she genuinely looks forward to.
Outside of work, Liane runs her own small business and enjoys cooking, collecting vinyl, DJing, and travelling.

Ester Quarantiello
Ester brought to SASHC over nine years of experience in customer service to her role. She has a genuine talent for making every client feel welcomed, included, and well looked after, and is drawn to the supportive culture that makes SASHC such a special place to work.
Ester loves that despite how much is going on day to day, the team never loses its warmth or its sense of humour. It’s the kind of environment that makes you feel proud to be part of it.

Gina Franco
Gina brings a distinctive background to her role, having worked as both an accountant and a medical receptionist, so she combines professional precision with genuine warmth and over ten years of customer-facing experience. She has a natural ability to put clients at ease while ensuring the administrative side of the clinic runs smoothly.
Gina finds real purpose knowing that the work done at SASHC helps people connect, communicate, and improve their quality of life. Being part of something that makes a tangible difference to families is something she doesn’t take for granted.
Outside of work, Gina enjoys home cooking and baking with sourdough a particular speciality, walks in nature, and enjoying a good coffee.
