How can SASHC help?

*We make every effort to book in appropriate appointment types, however there may be instances in which hearing results may not be obtained due to testing complexities, and as such a follow-up longer appointment may be recommended.

Cancellation Policy

NDIS Patients: We will send out reminders for all scheduled appointments, however, no shows and appointments cancelled within the short notice period (defined by the NDIS as less than 2 clear business days notice) from the scheduled time will incur a fee of 100% of the agreed fee associated with the activity from the Participant’s plan.

Non-NDIS Patients: We will send out reminders for all scheduled appointments, however, no shows and appointments cancelled within the short notice period (defined by the Provider as notice of less than 2 clear business days from the scheduled appointment time slot) from the scheduled time will incur a fee.

You may be eligible to claim for our services through the following health care funds:

  • Private health insurance (you will need to contact your health fund to determine whether any rebates apply)
  • Chronic Disease Management Plan (formerly Enhanced Primary Healthcare Plan)
  • National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

All major credit cards are accepted. Electronic claiming for Medicare and private health insurance is available on site for your convenience
